                          Some of the factors that influence the way people see color is age, gender, culture, and life experiences.

2.  Summarize the feelings each of the following colors evokes in people: red, green, and violet.

                         Red is thought of as power, danger fire strength and passion. the bold color can make you feel energetic.
                        Green is thought of as nature like and refreshing friendly cool and peaceful.
                        Violet is thought of as royal and dramatic and goes well with other colors.

3. Name the secondary colors. What primary colors, in what proportions, are used to make each?
                   
                        Orange: Equal amounts of red and yellow.
                        Green  : Equal amounts of yellow and blue.
                        Violet  : Equal amounts of red and blue.

                        Yellow-Green

                       The intensity of a color refers to the brightness or dullness of a hue.

                      A tint is adding white to a color.
                      A shade is adding black to a color.
                      A tone is adding grey to a color.

                     By adding a neutral color to a hue, it then becomes neutralized.

             To use color correctly in a room when designing, you need to first pick one of the seven color harmonies and pick a good scheme. You then need to stay with that scheme throughout the entire room.
